Lyx - how to Insert hyperlink of file -

the insert> hyperlink file option not appear work in lyx version 2.1.0beta1.

any attempt @ inserting full file specification in target box comes message "unknown parameter name"

i trying insert .webm video in link. video resides in same directory.
