android - How to select the image with selected layer on it -

how add layer image when selected normal gallery i.e,

1.when select image(long click on image activate selectable mode) there blue layer on indicates image selected

2.when deselect image again(click on image) appears normal image

can please suggest how can achieve enter image description here
