multithreading - How to use rtnl and spinlock for synchronization? -

can 1 explain rtnl( rtnl_lock() rtnl_unlock() ) tried google unable dig much

what got net rtnl netlink used communication ipc bet user , kernel space didn't more that

i got spinlock() why spinlock better semaphore, not much

but helpful if explain rtnl
